Meet our Partner and Broker with Solano Association of Realtors the founder and owner of Momentum Realty Group! Born and raised in Vallejo, Curtis Lafferty started his career in Real Estate in 1985. In just four short years Curtis became the President of the Solano Association of Realtors in 1989. Eleven years later Curtis became the Chairman of the Board of the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services, Inc. in 2000. In 2001, Curtis was awarded the Diamond Award, in 2003, the Century 21 Centurion Producer award, 2005 Gold medallion and the Centurion Producer awards. Shortly after in 2007 Curtis obtained his Brokers License and purchased Century 21 Schutjer Realty, Inc.! In 2008 Curtis started the Property Management division in his office. In 2011 his office was voted The Best of 2011 Best Commercial Real Estate office in Vallejo from the Vallejo Times-Herald. 2017 through 2018 Schutjer Realty, Inc. was also voted The Best of Solano County for Real Estate Offices. In 2019 Curtis became the Chairman of the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce Economic Development committee. In 2023 along with his Business Development Partner, Kathy Luebcke, he started the MOMENTUM Realty Group! Curtis has won many awards throughout his lifetime and strives to earn more!
